



I'm pretty sad about alexander mcqueen's death. i wrote something here and here. i regret not buying all the things he made that i really wanted to buy, including the damn skull scarf. i hate that being a creative visionary so often goes hand-in-hand with being tortured. and i'm sad that whatever future projects he and gaga were cooking up won't come to fruition. today sucked.

I think sometimes that can have a lot more to do with an unfriendly culture than the visionary's brain chemistry.
The intersection between the two, anyway.
It's a theory.
